To maintain a long term staff that is well trained and experienced, with little turn over. Continuity of staff and the relationship between the attorneys and staff give the client better service.

 

Not to rely on the "leveraging" of overworked and underpaid "associates".  Attorneys that are well compensated for the work they do provide better service than big firm associates who work to make partners wealthy.
